1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bet4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bet4d platform accessible at bet4d.vip, licensed and regulated under applicable international gaming legislation.
• "Platform" means the bet4d website, mobile web interface, progressive web application, and all associated services, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or deposit match credited to a Member's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Real-Money Funds" means deposits made by a Member using Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), USDT, or any other accepted payment method, net of withdrawals and wagers settled against the Member.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, virtual sport, or togel draw through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures required under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within every bet4d Account.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, draw schedules, and customer-service operating hours unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between bet4d and each Member. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

bet4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarized version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the bet4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. bet4d does not accept registrations from individuals under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bet4d or any affiliated responsible-gaming registry.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, beyond the general disclaimer regarding the Indonesian legal environment set out in Section 14 of these Terms.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one Account only. If bet4d detects that a Member holds more than one Account — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate Accounts will be suspended pending investigation. bet4d reserves the right to void any Wagers placed on duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Wagers placed while a duplicate Account was active.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bet4d will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

4.1 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, bet4d will request the following KYC documentation. Submission of these documents is mandatory; failure to provide them within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, or Bank Permata mobile banking screen showing your name and account number, or equivalent for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja accounts).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bet4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; real-time e-wallet top-ups via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and USDT cryptocurrency transfers (ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks). The minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. USDT deposits are credited upon network confirmation, which ordinarily takes between 5 and 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bet4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder and to apply enhanced due diligence to any Account where the origin of funds is unclear.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BNI, Mandiri: typically within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB).
• BRI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata: typically within 15–60 minutes during banking hours.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: typically within 5–10 minutes, 24/7.
• USDT: typically within 15–30 minutes, 24/7, subject to network conditions.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours for bank-transfer methods will be queued and processed at the start of the next available banking window. bet4d does not apply withdrawal processing fees on its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bet4d's control.

Withdrawals will not be processed until all KYC requirements have been satisfied and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. bet4d reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours where additional compliance checks are deemed necessary.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bet4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Full terms for each promotion, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook promotions), and expiry date, are published on the Casino Bonus page at the time the promotion is active.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Where a Member holds both Real-Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real-Money Funds are wagered first unless the Member's Account settings specify otherwise.
• bet4d reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets, exploiting multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus via a duplicate account is treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• bet4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Members who have already claimed the bonus in good faith are not materially prejudiced.

7 Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the bet4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, or togel — which are published in the Help section of each product area. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Wagers are binding once confirmed. bet4d will not accept cancellation requests for Wagers that have been confirmed except where an obvious error in odds or game configuration has occurred (see Clause 7.1).
• The Platform's server timestamp is the authoritative record of when a Wager was placed. In the event of any dispute regarding timing, the server log shall prevail.
• bet4d reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, game, or event, including applying individual account-level stake limits where betting patterns indicate professional or systematic wagering.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each betting interface and are subject to change without notice.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If any selection is void, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand.

7.1 Obvious Errors

Where bet4d determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Wager was accepted at odds or on terms that were the result of an obvious error — including a misquoted price, a software malfunction, or a data-feed error — bet4d reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Member's Account. bet4d will not apply this provision in a manner that is systematically unfair to Members, and decisions made under this clause are subject to our Complaints Procedure set out in Section 13.

8 Responsible Gaming

bet4d is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. Every Account includes built-in Responsible Gaming Tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the net amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, your Account remains open but you cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently block access to your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will not be reversed for the duration selected. Once a self-exclusion period ends, reactivation requires an additional cooling-off period before betting can resume.

9 Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crime

bet4d operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance program consistent with international best practices. The Platform is not to be used for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bet4d reserves the right to:

• Request additional source-of-funds documentation at any stage where transaction patterns trigger AML monitoring thresholds.
• Delay, suspend, or block withdrawals pending the outcome of an AML investigation.
• Report suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Close any Account found to have been used for money laundering and confiscate the associated Balance.

Members are reminded that depositing funds derived from illegal activity is a serious criminal offense. bet4d will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to financial crime on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet4d Platform — including but not limited to the bet4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of bet4d, except for incidental copies made in the ordinary course of accessing the Platform through a standard web browser.

11 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet4d shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, connectivity failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside bet4d's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In all cases, bet4d's maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be limited to the total Real-Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

bet4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bet4d applies industry-standard 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption to all data in transit and stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers. bet4d will never sell your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

13 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the bet4d service, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat (available 24/7) or by email to [email protected]. Our target first-response time is under 2 minutes for live chat and within 6 hours (WIB) for email.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first-tier support level, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer by stating your escalation request clearly in writing. Escalated complaints will receive a written decision within 10 business days. bet4d's decision on escalated complaints is final in relation to matters of Platform policy; however, nothing in this clause prevents you from pursuing legal remedies available under applicable law.

14 Governing Law and Disclaimer

The bet4d Platform is operated under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet4d holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensed jurisdiction.
